Question 11 - April 8, 2002 - Julie from IL asked,
"What is your opinion of Sergei Brosovsky, the ex-janitor at Terror
Trax who befriended Raychel? I think he is a little suspicious. In
Kyle's
Unhinged story it
comes out that he was actually a talented musician and Kyle wondered why
he was cleaning offices at Terror Trax. I think someone may have hired
him to spy on Raychel. I mean, Sharon didn't work out and Ken didn't
work out. Maybe when those people didn't work out Sergei was hired by
them (or someone else) to work on Raychel because Sergei supposedly
wasn't after anything. But I think he was. Can't you do some kind of
background check with your connections to find out who he really is?
Because I don't buy the whole “green card” bit, do you? Thank you for

Response 11:
I don’t really have an opinion about Sergei Brosovsky. I only met him
briefly at Raychel’s funeral. It took a couple of phone calls to get
Sergei Brosovsky’s employment application from the West Coast
Headquarters of Cain International. It was almost completely blank (not
that I can legally divulge much about these files). I can tell you that
his employment history consists of two jobs in the U.S.: Terror Trax
(Jun. 6, 1995 - Aug. 17, 2000) and Cain International (Aug. 28, 2000 -
Present) and he is living legally in the U.S. from the Ukraine on a work
visa. Interesting note, though: He put down only one reference. The
reference was Ken Kincaid. There is nothing further in his file (but who
really does the paperwork on the janitors anyway). It seems Ken Kincaid
followed through on his promise to pull a few strings at Cain
International. What they were is a mystery to me.
Question 12 - April 13, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "Anna Fantiani stated that 'Raychel wrote letters
to those people that I distributed after her murder...' Did Anna give
you one of those letters? If she did, would you please tell us what
Rachel wrote to you? Thanks."
Response 12:
I have spoken with Lance Wagner about your question, and I concur with
him. Any posthumous letter from Raychel should be re-printed on this web
site. These letters speak to Raychel’s state of mind near the time of
her murder, and as such constitute a significant aspect of Raychel’s
life. I would also like to add that if there were letters written to
either Sharon Wolfe or Laura Douglass, these could be of significant
value to either their defense or their prosecution. Mr. Graves would be
wise to allow such materials in his
Evidence section.
Question 13 - April 25, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "You
never stated whether you got a letter or not. Do you know if Nick Graves
plans to use the letters as evidence as you stated in your last
response? Will he also confiscate letters from the other suspects? Did
you get a letter or are you going to turn it over to Nick Graves for
further investigation as well? Thank you for your time."
Response 13:
Sorry for the oversight. Yes, I did receive a letter from my sister, and
I have since forwarded it to my brother-in-law. As Sergei and Kyle had
also done so, I assumed Lance would be responsible for forwarding these
letters to Nick Graves, should he request to see them. I do not know if
Mr. Graves plans to subpoena letters from those who have not volunteered
them, but I will forward a copy of this e-mail to him to request that he
acknowledge this request.

Question 14 - April 27, 2002 - Jezikah Murray from
Newark, DE asked, "Who is the little girl behind Raychel in the
picture with the chicks? I think you do have another sister. I think
you're lying!"
Response 14:
As I stated in the text which accompanied the photo, the picture from
“Raising Chicks” was taken on Raychel’s birthday in 1973. The girl in
the background is a relative who attended the birthday party, but she is
not our sister. She is our cousin, Kathryn Vanderhoff. Kate and her
husband currently live in Connecticut on the same farm that Raychel and
I grew up on.
Question 15 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "Have you been able to find out any additional
information about Sergei that you can share with us? Did you know that
Ken Kincaid wants to be in charge of Terror Trax again? I thought Terror
Trax was owned by Cain International. Are there negotiations for Ken
Kincaid to become the owner again? Is there any additional information
you can provide about Ken Kincaid or Geoffrey MacIntyre? Thanks for your
time."

I haven’t found anything new about Sergei Brosovsky, but mainly because
I haven’t tried to find anything. Ken Kincaid is another matter. Yes, I
am aware that he wants to run Terror Trax since Geoffrey MacIntyre was
fired. I am not aware of any official negotiations for Ken to regain
control of Terror Trax, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he was trying to
bypass standard channels. I don’t believe that he is going to be able to
purchase his company back. Maybe he doesn’t even want to buy it. I can
tell you that because of the information published on Painseeker
Geoffrey MacIntyre has lost a bit of luster in the indie circuit.
Question 16 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "Now that some time has passed since Laura and
Sharon’s arrest, do you still think that they were responsible for
Raychel’s murder? If not who, in your opinion, are the primary suspects?
Thank you for your willingness to respond to questions posted to you."

I don’t know for certain, but I have to believe that the police have a
reason that they arrested Laura Douglass and Sharon Wolfe. I don’t know
what their proof is, other than their admitted lies on the site, but I
do have faith in the police, even if Lance does not.
Question 17 - June 7, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "How did Ken Kincaid regain control of Terror
Trax? Also, why was Geoffrey MacIntyre's position of Chief Creative
Officer abolished? Thanks."

As I suspected back in April, Ken Kincaid went directly to Henry Cain
and cut a deal. The exact structure of the deal has not been made
public; however, one half of the agreement is obvious: Ken Kincaid
received complete control of the company with oversight provided by Nick
Kosich, who remains with Terror Trax as the Chief Financial Officer.
That is the reason Geoffrey MacIntyre’s position was abolished. As long
as Ken stays within financial bounds, there is nothing stopping him from
operating the company as he did when he was the sole proprietor. Of
course, the financial aspect was the one thing that destroyed his first
reign. Perhaps he has learned from his earlier failure. Personally, I
doubt it.
Question 18 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "Have
you provided the police with documents to show your whereabouts the
night of the murder?"
Response 18:
I have forwarded a copy of my room bill at the W to prove my
whereabouts. I have not heard a reply since that time.
Question 19 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "What
drove your sister to run away? You lived there, so you should know.
Information about her family life would be helpful."
Response 19:
Raychel ran away because she could not remain with the family for
another day. After I left for college, Raychel became the sole focus of
my father’s abuse, and that was a breaking point for her. She had no reason
to remain, and therefore left. It did not matter to her that she had no
means of her own. Raychel had to go.
Question 20 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "Did
you try running her social security number to find her when your mother
died?"
Response 20:
After Raychel ran away and did not come to see me (as I had expected she
would) I did not believe I would ever see her again. I didn’t try to
contact her because I believed she had no interest in seeing anyone from
the family ever again.
Question 21 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "How
did you come into contact with her again?"
Response 21:
Raychel contacted me two months before she died, asking me if it was
true that our father had died. It was, but I did not know how she came
to know this. I have since learned that her psychic advisor, Anna
Fantiani, had come to her with the information.
Question 22 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "I
seem to recall you said you two were very close at one point, what time
period was that, before or after she left home?"
Response 22:
It was before she left home, when we were children. I only met Raychel
once after she re-entered my life, and that was a month prior to her
murder.
