Question 15 - February 24, 2002 - Ken Kincaid in Los Angeles, CA asked, "One question about your relationships with others . . .  You claim that your interminable recording sessions with Raychel were due to Kyle's stubborn inexperience.  You claim that Raychel's June 2000 beating at the hands of Kyle was without reason.  You blame me for keeping Raychel's secret recordings from you.  My question is this . . . do you ever blame yourself for anything?"

Response 15: I admit that I am a factor in each of the three instances you mentioned above, but I do not blame myself for any of those events.  I did not make Kyle McAllister obstinate.  I did not abuse Raychel on the night of June 6th.  Also, I did not stab my boss in the back as you did.

Question 16 - April 8, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "What’s your take on Sergei Brosovsky? Do you think Ken Kincaid hired him to play the naive and innocent janitor who just always happened to walk in at all the wrong times and -- from Kyle's Unhinged story -- just happens to be a talented musician? Did you know any of this? Do you think he really left Terror Trax because you threatened him? You never said otherwise have you? Do you know something about him? I thought maybe Ken Kincaid hired him to spy on Raychel? He walked in on you and Raychel twice. I think that was once too many times, don't you? Maybe it’s not a coincidence, as it was supposed to have come off. He had a lot of access to Terror Trax. Thank you for your time!"

Response 16: No, thank you! Yes, Sergei is a hired spy. Sergei Brosovsky is Ken Kincaid’s cabana boy. If Sergei were a bigger plant, he’d have leaves. If he were a better spy, he’d have an electric eye. Sergei served as Ken’s eyes in the studios, looking in on whatever interested him. Whatever musical talent Sergei has is easily overshadowed by his dangerous alliance with Ken Kincaid. I believe you are correct that Ken used Sergei. He used Sergei to embarrass me by highlighting my affair with Raychel after her death. Now, I am out of a job and my credibility is – at least temporarily – ruined. I only wish I had seen it sooner when I could have pulled enough strings to do something about it. While I had threatened him (I admit it freely), I only meant to imply that I would get him fired from Terror Trax. Nothing more.

Question 17 - April 13, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Anna Fantiani stated, 'Raychel wrote letters to those people that I distributed after her murder...' Did Anna give you one of those letters? If she did, would you please tell us what Rachel wrote to you? Thanks."

Response 17: No and no. Even if I did receive a letter, I would not state that I received one, let alone explain the nature of it. If a letter was meant to be private, then those who received one should be allowed to maintain the requested anonymity.

Question 18 - April 25, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "What if the letter you received from Raychel proved you were no longer a suspect in this murder case? Or could it prove otherwise, huh? Maybe you should just turn your letter over to Nick Graves and let him decide? Don't you believe justice should be served for Raychel finally? Thank you for your time!"

Response 18: Don’t you believe that justice is already being served? Sorry if you don’t, because apparently the D.A. does. Oh, by the way, I didn’t receive a letter.

Question 19 - April 29, 2002 - Jezikah Murray from Newark, DE asked, "Sounds like you're a little bitter Geoff about not receiving a letter. Are you even more so now that Sharon's transcript states that she only dated you upon Raychel's request?"

"Because of this site, Ken and Sergei’s accusations of my affair with Raychel (which were true) got me fired. Because of this site, one of my friends (probably the only friend I have left) is in prison."

Response 19: I’m not bitter about not receiving a letter, quite the opposite. I’m bitter about everything else. Raychel’s death has wreaked havoc on my life. Correct that, THIS WEB SITE HAS WREAKED HAVOC ON MY LIFE! Because of this site, Ken and Sergei’s accusations of my affair with Raychel (which were true) got me fired. Because of this site, one of my friends (probably the only friend I have left) is in prison. Because of this site, an ex-girlfriend now has admitted publicly that she only dated me because someone ordered her to do so. Raychel’s death was a tragedy. Yes, I loved her. Who didn’t? But Lance Wagner’s dream has turned into my nightmare. So, yeah, I am bitter about Sharon’s transcript being published. But I’m getting used to it. Sharon’s trial can’t come soon enough for me. Then we can put an end to all of this.

Question 20 - April 29, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "You said you didn't get a letter but if I am correct Anna got a letter and delivered 8 other letters...which I have written her to confirm that but, that would make 8 suspects and 8 letters unless Raychel sent a letter to someone else we don't know about. If you have a letter will you please turn it in to Nick Graves? Your letter could help in the prosecution of Sharon and Laura and we know you would like that! Thank you for your time!"

Response 20: If I received a letter and it helped in either the prosecution of Sharon or the defense of Laura, I’d be right there for you.

Question 21 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Why don’t you want to share the fact that you received a letter that was written by Raychel prior to her murder? Anna indicated that Raychel wrote eight letters. The probability that she wrote you one is pretty high. Why do you react in such a negative manner to questions posted to you?

"Please do not take my questions as a personal attack. It just seems that some people who have been close to Raychel don’t want to reveal what they know. If that is the case, why post on this site at all? Each person chose to post here. Yet when asked questions, you want to hide behind privilege and confidential clauses. No one is 100% sure that the correct individuals have been arrested. Until they are convicted in a court of law, I would like to obtain as much information as I can about those who were close to her. Again, I ask if you can provide the details of Raychel’s letter to you. Thanks again for your time."

Response 21: Your logic is perfect except that there is a fatal flaw at the base. I did choose to post at Painseeker. I did agree to answer questions. But I did not agree to be part of an ad hoc investigation! When it was originally pitched to me, I was told that Painseeker was an online tribute to Raychel. While I expected that Raychel’s murder would be a major point of the site, I had no idea it would become the single reason for its continued existence. I certainly didn’t expect to have an in-house investigator running over my every word looking for evidence to incriminate me. If you wonder why everyone is getting clamped mouth disease, try this one: two people who felt too free and talked too much on the site wound up IN JAIL! They may not say it, but the arrest of Laura and Sharon (one of which may be warranted) is probably the biggest information stopper for everyone else. I know you are not trying to personally attack me. You’re investigation is just a recreational endeavor. It is an endeavor that has several sources of pain for me. Pardon me if I occasionally scream when you beat them.

By the way, Anna says Raychel wrote eight letters? Good for her. Would the probability be high that I received one, then? Maybe. Want to see what was in it? Get a reason and get a warrant or stop bothering me about it.

Question 22 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Did you know if Sergei held any jobs in the U.S. before coming to work for Terror Trax? Ken appears to have a vested interest in Sergei. Besides what Ken has indicated, do you know why?"

Response 22: As I said before, Sergei is Ken Kincaid’s cabana boy. I think that says all there is to say.

Question 23 - May 6, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "You stated in response to Question 21 that, 'Would the probability be high that I received one, then? Maybe. Want to see what was in it? Get a reason and get a warrant…' In light of the fact that the district attorney has subpoenaed letters from everyone and is requesting that Anna Fantiani supply a listing of all individuals that received a letter from Raychel, do you still contend that you did not receive a letter from Raychel? Thanks for your time."

Response 23: I have complied in full with the terms of the subpoena. Last time I checked, there was no requirement for me to accompany my compliance with a public statement.  No offense.

"Personally, I think Ken asked Cain to kill the position in order to consolidate power at Terror Trax."

Question 24 - June 7, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Do you know why your position as Chief Creative Officer was abolished? Thanks."

Response 24: I can tell you it caught me by surprise, but since I was asked to resign in March that shouldn’t amount to much. You are as close to the situation as I am. Personally, I think Ken asked Cain to kill the position in order to consolidate power at Terror Trax. By removing the CCO, there are only two people with any real control at Terror Trax: Nick Kosich (the Chief Financial Officer) and Ken Kincaid. Since Nick doesn’t have a shred of creative expertise that means Ken Kincaid is now holding all the creative cards. I don’t know how he did it, but Ken got what he always wanted. He has creative control of a recording company tied to a multi-national conglomerate with deep pockets. It should be a very impressive disaster.

Question 25 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "How long have you and Sharon been having an affair?"

Response 25: Sharon and I did not have an affair; however, we dated from July 19th until Raychel’s murder almost a month later.

Question 26 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "Why did Sharon call about making a statement to the police at the same time she did and why did you go to the police without them coming to question you first?"

Response 26: Sharon did not ask me to make a statement to the police. That being said, when Sharon said that she was going to tell the police everything, I felt the need to do the same. Also, after the altercation at Terror Trax earlier that day, I thought it would be better if I came forward voluntarily.

Question 27 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "How did Sharon know Kyle was confessing?"

Response 27: The short answer is that she did not know. I believe she assumed that Kyle was confessing because he was in police custody and was – as far as we knew then – the only person who had been with Raychel since their leaving Terror Trax. We now know that assumption was false.

Question 28 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealeton, VA asked, "What were Sharon, Ken, Kyle, Raychel and you fighting about? Did you join in after the fight started or were you there when it began?"

Response 28: We were arguing about Kyle and Raychel recording at Terror Trax without my supervision. I was the producer of their recording sessions before Kyle tragically beat her on June 6th. They apparently re-entered the studio without my knowledge on July 24th, with Ken Kincaid and Sergei Brosovsky running interference for them. For more information, please see the Memories articles that I have written.

Question 29 - August 27, 2002 - Nikki from Knoxville, TN asked, "What were you drinking the night after the argument at Safehaven?"

Response 29:  I was drinking Jack Daniel’s. I hate the sour taste of whiskey, but haven’t you ever decided to drink something specifically BECAUSE you don’t like it? That’s the mood I was in that night.

Question 30 - August 27, 2002 - Nikki from Knoxville, TN asked, "When did Raychel’s three-year contract begin?"

Response 30:  While Ken Kincaid was the person who signed Raychel (and regrettably Kyle) to that contract, I can tell you that it was signed in late June of 1999.
