Question 16 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "You stated that you attempted several times
to commune with Raychel and indicate your closeness to her as a
possible reason for your inability to each her. Yet you also state
'without Raychel’s assistance, my other powers are useless to assist
directly in the investigation.' If you were so close to her, why do
you think she would not cooperate in your attempt to reach her?"
Response 16:
I did not intend to make those statements seem contradictory so let me
explain. I don’t believe my inability to contact Raychel is due to the
fact that Raychel will not help me. If I were able to contact her, I
do not doubt that she would want to provide assistance. However, I
believe that I have not been able to reach her for another reason. I
was too close to her personally to be able to reach her, and that has
created a block between us that I have not yet been able to overcome.
I want to reach her so badly that I cannot properly concentrate on
accessing her spirit. Psychics typically need a personal touchstone to
access a person’s spirit; however, I am so flooded by my relationship
with Raychel that I cannot achieve the proper level of concentration
to commune.
Question 17 - May 2, 2002 - Jezikah Murray from
Newark, DE asked, "What would be your guess as to why Mr.
MacIntyre did not receive a letter?"
Response 17:
I couldn’t guess. That would be telling, and I will not break
Raychel’s covenant.
Question 18 - May 6, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "You asked, “If Raychel believed that her
life was in danger, why would she specifically ask that I not read or
divulge the existence of her letters? Would she not have requested
that I deliver her letters to the police? Raychel meant to keep her
letters secret, but you will cast that request aside so that you can
learn more abut her from her own views?
"In response to your questions, obviously, Raychel did not know that
her life was in danger. She certainly didn’t think she was going to be
murdered that evening. If she did, she certainly would have done a lot
of things differently, like staying alive! If she could have foreseen
her death but was powerless to prevent it, I’m sure that she would
have wanted you to go to the police with the letters. Glad Mr. Graves
does not share your views and will allow Raychel’s letters to be
published in its original format."
|
"I would not be
surprised if the information contained in Raychel’s letters has no
bearing the investigation. But thanks to people like you, they will
be released anyway." |
Response 18:
I am not certain if you know this, but Raychel’s letters were not
written on the day of her murder. In fact they were written over a
month prior to her murder. I would not be surprised if the information
contained in Raychel’s letters has no bearing the investigation. But
thanks to people like you, they will be released anyway. How will you
feel after the letters are released and you discover nothing other
than Raychel’s fears and anger? Will you acknowledge that they didn’t
help your precious investigation? I doubt it. You will probably feel
embarrassed, briefly, while those of us who knew her will be forced to
live with the pain of Raychel’s secrets spilled on the web. And there
is no salve for that emotional wound.
Question 19 - June 11, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "What are your impressions or thoughts about
Raychel's friends?"
Response 19:
Here are my impressions of Raychel’s friends (in no particular order).
I have not included David Vanderhoff, as he is Raychel’s brother, and
because I have already commented on him.
Kyle McAllister
was unquestionably the best of all Raychel’s acquaintances for her to
be with on a continual basis. Kyle was a natural shield for Raychel,
one that could protect her from all of the others combined. While he
had a history of abuse with Raychel, their relationship after my
interaction with Raychel was far different than it was before. That is
not to say that I made a difference. The difference was Raychel, who
began to assert herself in her relationship with him.
I don’t trust her, I don’t like her, and until
Laura Douglass
admitted that she was at Kyle and Raychel’s apartment at the time of
Raychel’s murder, I knew that she was not telling the complete truth
about her activities on the night of the murder. When she said it, I
became more confused. She has not admitted to killing Raychel, but I
feel that she has told everything about her participation.
Nevertheless, Laura is a living, loving chain.
When Raychel came to meetings with her, I usually asked that
Sharon Wolfe
stay away. I said it was due to interference, and in a way it was.
Sharon is not a well-balanced individual, and that was a distraction
for me. I couldn’t concentrate with her thoughts swinging back and
forth. But of all things, despite her imbalance, Sharon was loyal to
Raychel. She had to be. She did not know who else to be loyal to,
since she didn’t know who was paying her. And yes, I can confirm that
Sharon did not know who was paying her. Raychel asked me to probe her
once and (regrettably) I did so. It was an intrusion that I should not
have done.

"Ken
Kincaid is a snake, sure and simple. He was powerful enough for
Raychel’s purposes and he never asked for more than what Raychel was
already willing to provide." |
I wish
I could have had time to probe Lance Wagner’s
mind. I met him two times, and I am convinced that he is holding
something down deep inside himself. He is a withdrawn person, and I
believe it is the reason he is withdrawn. It makes him question his
self worth, and that feeds deeper into his insecurities. There was one
time, however, that I saw him without his insecurities. That was the
night of Raychel’s wake, when he attacked Kyle McAllister. I knew he
wouldn’t kill Kyle. Lance was too scared and scarred. He was lashing
out at what he could not comprehend: His wife was gone forever, and he
had been a fool for waiting for her to return in the first place.
Ken
Kincaid is a
snake, sure and simple. He was powerful enough for Raychel’s purposes
and he never asked for more than what Raychel was already willing to
provide. He was most useful when she and Kyle needed to enter the
studio without Geoffrey MacIntyre’s knowledge. Ken Kincaid was the
person who pulled the strings for Raychel. That being said, he was a
close friend of Laura’s, and that can never be ignored.
The
dark center of Raychel’s circle of friends was
Geoffrey MacIntyre.
If not for him, Raychel’s music career would have been quite
different. Think about this: No Geoffrey MacIntyre at Terror Trax
means that he wouldn’t have produced her first sessions. That also
means that there would have been no affair to cause Kyle’s June 6th
attack on Raychel. That, in turn, would mean that there would not have
been a need to secretly enter Terror Trax without the CCO’s knowledge.
Finally, there would not have been an argument at Terror Trax leading
to Raychel’s final argument with Kyle, which led to Raychel being home
alone the night she was murdered.
Rather, Raychel was mostly alone.
Sergei Brosovsky
admits that he was there. I have only had limited interaction with Mr.
Brosovsky, and I do not know if he is a fool or a fraud. I only know
that he is either one or the other.
Question 20 - June 19, 2002 - JoAnn Miller from Cedar
Rapids, IA asked, "I do not understand why you are so determined in
keeping your sessions (mostly the letters), a secret. I think that is
wrong of you to decide whether she would want them revealed or not. If
those letters were turned over, or you told the police what they said,
and they found something that would solve the case, don't you think
that that would be better than maybe never finding out? She is dead
now, and nothing can change that, but what can be changed is the big
secret of who killed her, maybe not just through the letters, but the
letters could possibly lead to something else that you are so
selfishly keeping to yourself. I'm sure that your whole intention is
to keep confidentiality, but it seems to me like you are hiding
something more. It seems pretty weird that just out of nowhere you
show up telling a girl you never saw before that her father died (not
knowing him either) telling her to stay with a man who beats her, then
months later she is found dead, on the night of a fight between very
angry people who were all connected to each other, and NO ONE having a
totally reliable alibi."
Response 20:
I believe I have provided my best explanations regarding Raychel’s
“secret” letters in questions 8 through 18 of my
Q&A Responses in the
Question section. Regardless, Nick Graves and the legal system
overran my objections (although they were based on Raychel’s wishes).
I have also already provided what I feel is a complete rendition of
how I came to know Raychel. You may find it in my Memories article
“Privileged and Confidential.”
I would understand that you find my appearance “weird.” It was one of
my most powerful experiences in my professional life. In the future,
if you feel that you need to accuse me of something, I am sure we
would both feel better about it if you merely stated your position
rather than play games with one another.
Question 21 - June 21, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "Thanks for
providing your
thoughts about Raychel’s friends. Your comments were very
enlightening, particularly about Geoffrey MacIntyre. At the very
least, I agree that the murder may not had happened at all had
Geoffrey not been involved. To be fair, he certainly can’t be held
responsible for the actions of others.
"Your impression of all them appears right on target, especially
Sergei and Lance. Sergei is the one person who everyone, excluding Ken
Kincaid, share the same view as you eloquently expressed. But I would
go one step further, Sergei is not a fool. His role of playing the
fool is too poorly played because nobody is really as stupid as Sergei
portrays himself to be. Lance do appear to be holding something back
which stifles his room for growth now. If Lance was willing, would you
be willing to meet with him?"
Response 21:
Before I answer your
question, I would like a clarification on your idea of my meeting
Lance. Am I correct in assuming that you are asking me to meet Lance
determine what he is holding down within himself (as I believe), or
are you asking for a more generalized meeting? Please let me know
exactly what you would like to know. I would not want this to become
part of a fishing expedition with no determinable plan. Also, has
Lance already agreed to this?
Question 22 - June 21, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC replied, "Anna, my question regarding a meeting
with Lance was purely for altruistic reasons only. I agree with your
assessment that Lance's current disposition has to do with a traumatic
experience or event that he has repressed. This event is affecting his
current personality and actions to this day. This is evident by the
fact that he waited, in vain, for Raychel to return to him. From what
I have gathered from the comments of those who knew her, this was not
a realistic expectation. This request was not a fishing expedition by
any means. The results and/or details of your meeting with him does
not have to be published. However, I would like to know that if you
were able to meet with him. I honestly think that you could help him.
If you are successful, the improvement would show in how he views
himself and the world. He may even become a better writer. In
addition, with the increase of self-esteem, he would not have to rely
on toxic people as he had in the past. (I am referring in this case to
Laura Douglass) I have to say that I was really impressed with your
response to my previous question. You expressed your views with an
objective insight not expressed by the others. And I thank you for
that. Admittedly, I have not mentioned this to Lance. If you do not
feel comfortable approaching him about my suggestion, I am more than
willing to do so on your behalf. Thanks again, Anna."
Response 22:
I agree that any results
and/or details do not need to be published. Frankly, my practice has
taken a hit recently due to recent publicity regarding the case. While
you might expect that my new notoriety would result in an increase in
appointments, the opposite is true. I expect that my being called as a
witness for both trials has removed the last remnants of
confidentiality from my profession. People see me testifying in this
case, and wonder if other psychics could be used to testify for their
own wrongdoings. Of course it is a false assumption, neither Laura or
Sharon were my clients, but it doesn’t seem to matter. Less people
come to me each day. Even my regulars are becoming less regular.

"No single
person has admitted to as much abuse of Raychel as he [Kyle
McAllister] has (though perhaps one or two people could have)." |
Which
of course means there would be plenty of time for a new client like
Lance, if he chose to see me on a professional basis. I believe you
have made a more than appropriate argument to Lance on my behalf. Add
to that the fact that Lance is personally responsible for including
these Q&As on the site, and I believe the offer is being communicated
to him. I will follow up with him via phone on Monday to gauge his
interest. However, don’t expect me to write about this matter further.
I will leave any additional comment to Lance, whether he chooses to
accept my invitation or not.
Question 23 - June 21, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "Who do you think has been the most truthful
of the group?"
Response 23:
Rather than provide only
his best memories of Raychel, Kyle McAllister opened up the darker
memories as well. That being said, I doubt that others would allow him
to paint as favorable a self-portrait as they have painted for
themselves. No single person has admitted to as much abuse of Raychel
as he has (though perhaps one or two people could have). Therefore,
for providing the most complete picture of his personal relationship
with Raychel, I believe that Kyle has been the most truthful of the
group.
Question 24 - June 21, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "Who do you think provided the most accurate
recollections of Raychel?"
Response 24:
Again I have to favor
Kyle, simply because of his trilogy of
Memories
“The Purge”,
“Hunter”, and
“Storming Safehaven.” Too
many of the others waste their time grinding personal axes instead of
writing about Raychel.
Question 25 - June 21, 2002 - Sharon C. from
Asheville, NC asked, "Why do think Raychel was murdered?"
Response 25:
Raychel was murdered
because she underestimated someone she thought she knew. When I began
assisting her in bringing her life into focus, it became evident that
Raychel was surrounded by numerous people who thought of her more as a
tool than a friend. My assistance was based on the information passed
to me through Raychel’s recollections of her recent events (most of
which has already been re-told here). I made recommendations that
Raychel followed; however, someone must have been more (or less) than
what she had believed. The police believe it was Laura Douglass and
Sharon Wolfe acting in collusion.
Question 26 - August 27, 2002 - Nikki from Knoxville,
TN asked, "Why could not see that Raychel was going to die, or did
you?"
Response 26: It is very difficult for me to understand
exactly why I failed Raychel (and I do feel that I somehow failed
Raychel in that regard). However, I believe that the reason I was
unable to receive a precognitive message regarding her being in danger
is because I had become too close to her. I believe that my encounter
with Raychel’s father created a bond between Raychel and myself that
blocked certain avenues of communication that could have averted her
murder. I am unable to use my powers for my personal gain, and I feel
that – after the encounter with Raychel’s father – the psychic border
that separated us was shattered. It could be argued that Raychel and I
became one person after that event.
Question 27 - August 27, 2002 - Nikki from Knoxville,
TN asked, "Who do you think murdered Raychel?"
Response 27: After Ms. Douglass’ acquittal, I do not
believe that it is proper for me (or anyone else) to use the
Painseeker site to publicly hold others responsible for Raychel’s
murder. During her trial, Ms. Douglass’ lawyer continually blamed the
web site for her charges, and I believe the jury accepted it. I will
not allow myself to fall into that same trap on the occasion of Ms.
Wolfe’s trial. I apologize for the inconvenience; however, I hope that
we both prefer that justice prevail.
