Question 12 - April 8, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "In Unhinged, Kyle said that Raychel had befriended you after a previous embarrassing incident. What was it? Do you have any reason why this might have started your friendship?"

Response 12: I know what he is talking about but I did not mean it to be embarrassing for anyone. In my first article I wrote that Raychel asked me to listen to two songs. Both of them were “No More Dreams No More.” When I told Raychel one song was simple, Kyle told me to play it so I did. He did not think I was a good musician just because I am a janitor. Raychel and I became friends then because she told me she wanted to talk to someone else when Geoffrey and Kyle were mad at each other. So, yes, this was the reason we started our friendship.

Question 13 - April 8, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "Kyle also mentioned that he didn’t know why you were working as a janitor, having found out that same day what a talented musician you were. Is there something else we should learn about you, Sergei? You just happened to do this and you just happened to do that and no one would ever suspect you were up to no good. Maybe it wasn't a coincidence and you’re not as innocent or naive as you try to act. I just can't imagine them asking a janitor to play some music. You’re cleaning an office and all of a sudden you’re jamming with Kyle, showing off your talents? For what reason? Why haven't you mentioned it before? Probably because it would look a little obvious as to what you were doing at Terror Trax. Maybe you were trying to get in with Raychel. Maybe you were out to get a little fame for yourself, and your janitor gig was just a ploy to get in with some powerful people and allow you to worm your way into the music business. Isn't that how it works in the business, you scratch my back and I scratch yours? Maybe you thought your talents exceeded Raychel's and you couldn't believe they were wasting all their time on her."

Response 13: As I said before, I did write about this before. And I did not jam with Kyle. I played piano by myself. Kyle and Geoffrey and Raychel were there, but did not help me play the song. And they asked me to play. I did not tell them I knew how to play the song. I just did. And I am not a bad man. You just don’t like me.

Question 14 - April 8, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "Was that letter you got from Raychel mailed to you? If not, how did you get it? When will the full details of that letter be disclosed?"

Response 14: The letter I received was not mailed to me. It was given to me by a woman who said she also talked to Raychel a lot. She did not tell me her name and I did not ask her because I was so surprised to receive a letter from Raychel after she was dead. I will not talk about the letter because it was meant for only me. The letter said that and so did the lady.

"Would you think I was so bad if I did not see Geoffrey and Raychel having sex? Why do you blame me for their affair? It was not my fault."

Question 15 - April 8, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "Why did you go to the studio to clean when you probably knew where Raychel was anyway? And the way you told Kyle how Geoffrey and Raychel were always together like you didn't understand what you were implying… You did it on purpose, didn't you? Did you walk in on Raychel and Geoffrey on purpose? Were you and Ken Kincaid in on something together? Maybe you were his little assistant. You come in right after he left that day. Maybe he sent you in? Maybe someone was getting you to befriend Raychel for a reason. Nothing else was working maybe they would never suspect the janitor just trying to live in the United States. Maybe you are someone else’s spy for another Music Giant? Janitors have a lot of access in the buildings they work at including keys to usually every room in the building. Cut the crap, Sergei! There is something up with you and I think you should let us all in on it!"

Response 15: I was not a spy at Terror Trax and I did not walk in on Raychel and Geoffrey on purpose. I wish I never saw them. Either time. If I never saw them so many people would not think everything I did was because of something that it was not. Would you think I was so bad if I did not see Geoffrey and Raychel having sex? Why do you blame me for their affair? It was not my fault. Also, I went in to clean the studio that day because Mr. Kincaid said they were done for the day and it was okay to clean up.

Question 16 - April 8, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "Why did you really quit Terror Trax?"

Response 16: So people who are mean to me can ask me why I quit Terror Trax.

Question 17 - April 13, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Anna Fantiani stated that 'Raychel wrote letters to those people that I distributed after her murder...' You stated that you did receive a letter from Raychel. Can you provide additional details on what she said in her letter to you? Thanks."

Response 17: I will send a copy of my letter to Lance Wagner, so that he may post the whole letter. No one believes me anyway so I will print the whole letter.

Question 18 - April 25, 2002 - Julie from IL asked, "You are going to send your letter so easily? Why? You should send it to Nick Graves, then it won't matter who believes you. Because this is supposed to be written by Raychel Vanderhoff, Wagner or Taurus whatever her last name was, right? Thank you for your time!"

Response 18: I sent the letter to Lance because I have nothing to fear from Raychel’s letter. I cannot send my letter to Nick Graves because I sent it already to Lance Wagner because he is the person who posts things. Maybe he will give it to Nick Graves for me?

Question 19 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "What job(s) did you hold in the U.S. before working as a janitor for Terror Trax?"

Response 19: I did not work in the U.S. before Terror Trax. It was my first job.

Question 20 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Can you tell us about your life before coming to the U.S.?"

"You are asking me if I loved her, yes. I loved her but I do not know of a man who did not."

Question 21 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Do you like your new job?"

Response 21: It is good but not as much fun as working at Terror Trax. Business people are less fun to work by than musicians. Business people don’t wear funny clothes either.

Question 22 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Are you still pursuing a musical career?"

Response 22: I never stopped looking but it is hard when people learn that I am from Ukraine. Mr. Kincaid told me about a bar that I could sit in at and play and it has been fun. But I am not in a real band now. I want to be.

Question 23 - April 29, 2002 - Sharon C. from Asheville, NC asked, "Are you still in touch with Ken Kincaid?"

Response 23: We talk all the time. He has told me that I should not get too comfortable at Cain International, but he has not told me why.

Question 24 - July 2, 2002 - Michelle from Bealton, VA asked, "Did you have intimate feelings for Raychel?"

Response 24: If you are asking me if I had sex with Raychel, she was not intimate with me but she was very friendly. You are asking me if I loved her, yes. I loved her but I do not know of a man who did not.
