Ask Kyle a Question

Kyle's Q&A Responses

1 - What do you do for a living?

I am a session musician.  I record music anonymously for bands.  When you wonder why a band doesn't sound as good live as they do in the studio, it is because people like me are playing on the disc.

2 - How did you know Raychel?

Raychel and I lived and worked together since March of 1999.  That is the time which others have said that I "kidnapped" Raychel.  That is not the complete truth but I will debate that later.

3 - When did you first meet Raychel?

When I joined The Bleeders on November 14, 1998.

4 - What one word best describes Raychel for you and why?

Addictive.  Not only was she an addict, I believe there were a number of people who would not leave Raychel alone, no matter how bad for her they were.

5 - What one thing would you have changed about Raychel and why?

Raychel's drug abuse.  It's self-explanatory.

6 - How did Raychel affect your life?

Raychel brought me closer to happiness than I ever had any reason to expect.

7 - How did you affect Raychel's life?

I am the one who kept Raychel away from drugs and many of the people who would have harmed her in one manner or another.

8 - What is your best memory of Raychel?

In March of 1999, after I had kidnapped Raychel (as so many people put it).  Raychel caught me committing some of her poems into songs.  She was embarrassed when she first heard it (probably because her work is so personal).  However, after she had helped me re-structure some of the material, I was the one who was embarrassed.  She had a natural talent for music.  I think a few people have also underestimated her voice.

9 - What would you do or say if you could bring Raychel back?

I would take her back to my family's ranch.  We would have been better off happy, poor, and together in North Dakota than angry, dead, and alone in Los Angeles.

10 - Who do you feel is most responsible for Raychel's passing?

The Vampires of Los Angeles: Lance Wagner, Laura Douglass, Geoffrey MacIntyre, and Ken Kincaid.  They all did their best to keep her dependent upon them and drain Raychel of her talent.  I believe one of these things was responsible for killing Raychel, but I cannot prove it.
