July 28, 2002
In light of the trials, the site will not post any new information other than updates on the trials; however, the site will remain open to questions and answers sent via the Questions and Answers Form in the Question section. In fact, Kyle McAllister and yours truly received questions recently. The question, and its answer, may be found in the Q&A Responses portion of the Question section.
In addition to the questions, Private Investigator Nick Graves has posted a new theory about Raychel's murder which he received via the Evidence section's "In Theory" Form. We have agreed to publish the theory (as well as all future theories) in The "In Theory" Archive despite the ongoing trials of Laura Douglass and Sharon Wolfe.
Three articles from the Los Angeles Tribune are also posted on the Painseeker home page.

July 14, 2002
After extensive discussion, Nick Graves has published Raychel's letters in their entirety in the Evidence section.
REMINDER: LAURA DOUGLASS' TRIAL BEGINS MONDAY!
L.A. Tribune to Provide Daily Reports Starting Tuesday
With Laura Douglass' murder trial scheduled to begin on Monday, I will use this page to re-print articles from the Los Angeles Tribune so that you can follow the daily events of along on the trial. As part of our agreement with the L.A. Tribune, the articles will be published on the following day. Therefore, Monday's article will be published on Tuesday and so on and so forth. We have agreed to continue with this process for both trials until they have reached their conclusion. I would like to take this time to thank the Los Angeles Tribune for their cooperation.
July 7, 2002
In the Evidence section, Nick Graves completes the cycle of initial interview transcripts with the police interview of Anna Fantiani. I guess no one thought to interview Sergei Brosovsky. Then again why would they, since he did not admit to being the last person to see Raychel alive until after the police concluded their primary investigation? In addition, The Blackboard has received a number of additions centering primarily on forensics data. Unfortunately, the bulk of that data has been gagged by the court due to the impending trial of Laura Douglass (with Sharon Wolfe's trial still scheduled to immediately follow Laura's). I expect that the prosecution will utilize this data in their case. Finally, the Q&A Responses were inundated with questions to Lance Wagner, Ken Kincaid, David Vanderhoff, Geoffrey MacIntyre, Sergei Brosovsky, and Kyle McAllister.
June 24, 2002
As in previous weeks, Nick Graves has posted a new transcript in the Investigation Reports division of the Evidence section. This week it is the police interview of Ken Kincaid. In addition, there have been numerous questions forwarded through the Questions and Answers Form. The questions, which are now available in the Q&A Responses section, were sent to myself, Ken Kincaid, Anna Fantiani, and Kyle McAllister. Also, after falling into disrepair, a person has used the Poetry Commentary Form to add her own perspective to my poem, A Different Kind of Love. In the interest of fairness, I would like to point out that I wrote that poem eight months before Raychel died.
June 9, 2002
This week, Private Investigator Nick Graves has released my interview with the police in the Investigation Reports portion of the Evidence section. In addition, three questions were received through the Questions and Answers Form. The questions, regarding last week's Triple Switch article by Nick Graves, were for myself, Geoffrey MacIntyre, and David Vanderhoff. They are now available in the Q&A Reponses portion of the Question section. If you have any questions you would like to ask, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask them. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
June 5, 2002
Nick Graves continues rolling out the transcripts by posting the police interview of David Vanderhoff in the Investigation Reports portion of the Evidence section. After reviewing his transcript, and knowing him as I do now, I understand why Raychel's murder wasn't solved by the police. Mr. Graves has also provided an update on recent events surrounding several of Raychel's acquaintances (myself included). He has posted the report, titled Triple Switch, curiously enough in the Investigation Reports portion of the Evidence section. I guess he didn't have sufficient time to develop a new "All About Town" column. Finally, a couple of questions came for Ken Kincaid and myself. They are now available in the Q&A Reponses portion of the Question section. If you have any questions you would like to ask, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask them. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
May 27, 2002
Continuing his series of transcripts, Nick Graves has posted the police interview of Laura Douglass in the Investigation Reports portion of his Evidence section. She may have stabbed Raychel in the front, but her interview clearly shows that she preferred the back. Personally, I feel vindicated for the hostilities between myself and Laura between Raychel's murder and Laura's eventual arrest.
May 14, 2002
To celebrate his one month anniversary as ruler of all that is Painseeker, Nick Graves has posted two transcripts of police interviews from Raychel's original failed homicide investigation. The transcripts (now available in the Evidence section) are from the interviews with Geoffrey MacIntyre and Kyle McAllister. On a personal note, if I may be permitted one, I would like to congratulate Mr. Graves on his impact at this site. In one month, he has started posting materials from Raychel's homicide investigation and he was instrumental in obtaining the subpoena which forced several people to part with their final letters from Raychel. These things probably would not have happened without him (of course, we might also say that about the arrests of Sharon Wolfe and Laura Douglass). In addition to the two Investigational Reports, there were three questions posted through the Questions & Answers Form. The questions went to Anna Fantiani, Geoffrey MacIntyre, and yours truly. The questions, and our responses, may be found in the Q&A Responses portion of the Question section.
May 5, 2002
After weeks of debate on the matter, Private Investigator Nick Graves has stepped into the discussion of Raychel's final (formerly secret) letters. Mr. Graves' article "The Final Word on Raychel's Letters" is terse, pointed, and fluent. He may have a future as a poet. Regardless, it may be found in his Investigation Reports portion of the Evidence section. He has informed me that the transcript of the police interview with Geoffrey MacIntyre will be posted later in the week. In addition, there are new Q&A's with Ken Kincaid, David Vanderhoff, Geoffrey MacIntyre, Anna Fantiani, Sergei Brosovsky, Kyle McAllister and yours truly on topics from Raychel's letters to the REAL prime suspects. If you have any questions you would like to ask, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask them. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
April 28, 2002
Private Investigator Nick Graves has finally posted the full transcript of the police interview of Sharon Wolfe in the Evidence section. Also, last week's debate about the necessity of posting Raychel's posthumous letters has spurred additional Q&A Responses to David Vanderhoff, Lance Wagner, Sergei Brosovsky, Kyle McAllister, Geoffrey MacIntyre, Ken Kincaid, and Anna Fantiani. Having viewed these communications, Mr. Graves has promised to make his own decision on the issue within the week. Why it will take that long is beyond me. If you have any questions you would like to ask, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask them. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
April 24, 2002
Private Investigator Nick Graves has posted the first transcript from the failed police homicide investigation of my wife. As the first person questioned, the transcript of the police interview of Sharon Wolfe is the first published in the Investigation Reports portion of the Evidence section. In addition, there was a great deal of interest in Raychel's posthumous letters judging from this week's questions submitted through the Questions and Answers Form. The Q&A Responses section has been updated to reflect new exchanges with Anna Fantiani, Kyle McAllister, Sergei Brosovsky, Ken Kincaid, Geoffrey MacIntyre, Lance Wagner, and David Vanderhoff. If you have any questions you would like to ask, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask them. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
April 14, 2002
For those of you who may have missed the mid-week update last week, there will be no additional Memories posted in the near future. After an extensive discussion with Private Investigator Nick Graves, I have decided to grant him control of the site for an undetermined period of time. The Why is his explanation of this temporary change in policy. In the interim, everyone who is currently available received at least one question this week through the Questions and Answers Form. The Q&A Responses section contains the new Q&As with Lance Wagner, Ken Kincaid, David Vanderhoff, Geoffrey MacIntyre, Anna Fantiani, Sergei Brosovsky, and Kyle McAllister. If you have any questions you would like to ask, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask it. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
April 10, 2002
After an extensive discussion, I have decided to grant Private Investigator Nick Graves control of the site for an undetermined period of time. The Why is his explanation of this temporary change in policy.
April 7, 2002
Kyle McAllister has finally submitted an article explaining his inexplicable actions on the infamous night of June 6th (if you are unfamiliar with the events, I am not ruining the surprise). "Unhinged" is now available in the Memories section. After reading this, you'll have to ask yourself if the D.A. is charging the right people. In addition, Kyle and I have received additional questions this week through the Questions and Answers Form. As usual, I have posted the questions on our respective Q&A Responses pages in the Question section. If you have any questions you would like to ask, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask it. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
March 31, 2002
Kyle McAllister has asked for more time before publishing his upcoming article, and in light of the holiday weekend I have granted him an extension. In the meantime, Anna Fantiani, Ken Kincaid and I have received questions through the Questions and Answers Form. As usual, I have posted the questions, in the Q&A Responses portion of the Question section. If you have any questions you would like to ask, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask it. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
March 24, 2002
I have now posted the complete text of Geoffrey MacIntyre's posthumous letter to Raychel, "My Confession," in the Memories section. In addition, I have posted my own recollections about one of the low points in my life: "My Last Selfish Act" is my memory of Raychel's funeral. In addition, Sergei Brosovsky has recently been undergoing some much deserved and long overdue questioning from Kelly in Arizona. Her questions, and Sergei's responses, are available in Sergei's Q&A Responses in the Question section. If you have any questions you would like to pose to him, or anyone else for that matter, you may use the Questions and Answers Form to ask it. Note: If you include your e-mail address, you will receive your response before it is posted on the site.
March 17, 2002
Sergei Brosovsky's Q&A Response to Ken Kincaid's question raised a few eyebrows (while rolling my eyes). This week, the subject of that question, Geoffrey MacIntyre responds in his own way. His Memories article "My Confession" was not what I expected upon reading the title. Also, three more questions were received through the Questions and Answers Form. The questions went to myself as well as Sergei Brosovsky and David Vanderhoff. To see the questions, and their answers, visit the Q&A Responses portion of the Question section.
February 24, 2002
The CEO of Terror Trax, Ken Kincaid, has decided to pervert the Painseeker web site by seizing the Questions and Answers Form (which I intended to be solely for general public use) for his own purposes. He has fired a series of "one question" questions at the other participants. We discussed the matter this week and, since I never explicitly stated that the form was not meant to be used in such a manner, I must let his questions stand in their current format. However, I expect that he will not avoid answering similar questions should others decide to utilize this tactic. Therefore, his questions, and their answers, may be found in the Q&A Responses portion of the Question section. For the record, Mr. Kincaid asked questions to me and David Vanderhoff, Geoffrey MacIntyre, Anna Fantiani, Sergei Brosovsky, and Kyle McAllister.
February 17, 2002
This week, in the Evidence section, Nick Graves has updated The Blackboard, his central repository for Raychel's revived homicide investigation. As I requested of him, several of the Case Questions which were answered now contain links to testimony or supporting evidence of the answer. In addition, Nick has provided a status report on the case against Laura Douglass and Sharon Wolfe in "The Noose Tightens." It will be a welcome relief when the case against them is closed.
February 4, 2002
This week Ken Kincaid has chosen to respond to recent Memories entries by myself and David Vanderhoff. In his cruelly titled "The Rites of Spring and Weaklings" Mr. Kincaid attempts to explain his actions on Halloween of 1999 while simultaneously slandering David and me for our earlier efforts. Also, in the Q&A Responses portion of the Question section, I received a question regarding a clarification of the subject of my book deal. The question, and my response, may be found in my Q&A Responses.
January 27, 2002
David Vanderhoff has returned to make a very significant impact on this week's update of Painseeker, and I welcome his further involvement. In addition to his new Memories article "Bond," David has also provided me with a selection of photographs from Raychel's early years. These photos are now available in the Photos section. In addition to these updates, Private Investigator Nick Graves has posted a new theory about Raychel's murder which he received via the Evidence section's "In Theory" Form. We have agreed to publish the theory (as well as all future theories) in The "In Theory" Archive despite the arrests of Laura Douglass and Sharon Wolfe because I feel it is important to maintain the appearance of justice, as Ms. Douglass and Ms. Wolfe have not yet been convicted of their crime.
January 23, 2002
Today I have posted the second half of "The Broken Point" which describes Raychel's concert at The Bone Yard on Halloween of 1999 and how it changed the course of her musical career.
January 20, 2002
In light of the recent conclusion of my wife's murder investigation, I have decided to re-dedicate myself and this site to its original purpose: as a memorial for my wife, Raychel Wagner. As I suspected back in May (see "Acquiescence") the site became a banana republic investigation into Raychel's murder; however, Laura's hiring of Nick Graves to legitimize the investigation proved her undoing (as well as Sharon Wolfe's). Their being arrested for Raychel's murder has allowed me a freedom of spirit and purpose which I have not felt since last year. Therefore, I have submitted the first half of my first article to the Memories section since May. "The Broken Point" is my personal memory of Raychel's fateful concert on Halloween of 1999 and how it changed the course of her music career.
January 7, 2002
I would like to take this opportunity to commend Nick Graves for his quick resolution of the murder investigation of my wife. After over a year of police inactivity, Mr. Graves managed to find a satisfactory solution to the case in just three months. If you were not already aware, there has been an official arrest by the police. To learn more about the case, you may visit the Investigation Reports portion of the Evidence section, where Mr. Graves has written a brief summation, suitably titled "Arrested." In addition, the twin theories by Painseeker reader Monroe in Huntington Beach, CA may be found in the "In Theory" Archive. I would also like to announce that, due to their current legal status, Ms. Douglass and Ms. Wolfe are unable to answer any questions posed to them through the Questions and Answers Form in the Question section.
December 28, 2001
The Q&A Responses portion of the Question section has been updated to reflect new questions asked of myself as well as Geoffrey MacIntyre, Sharon Wolfe, Kyle McAllister, and Laura Douglass. If you have a question of one of the Painseeker contributors, please use the Questions and Answers Form and submit it to the appropriate person. I do not wish to receive any angry e-mails which should be directed at Laura, thank you.
December 16, 2001
This week I have posted Sergei Brosovsky's article "The Bad Day" in the Memories section. In addition, the Question section features new Q&A Responses from Lance Wagner, Laura Douglass, Sharon Wolfe, and Sergei Brosovsky. There is also a new theory about Raychel's murder in The "In Theory" Archives as well as a response from Nick Graves. Personally, I thought he was a little too harsh considering who it was against.
December 2, 2001
This week Laura Douglass and Geoffrey MacIntyre received questions from you through the Questions and Answers Form. The questions, and their answers, are available in the Q&A Responses portion of the Question section. I, on the other hand, received questions from the police (I am certain in no small part to those previous two theories in The "In Theory" Archives). Their questions, and my answers, will remain between myself and the police. Because of these unfortunate (and unnecessary) events, I have not had time to format Sergei Brosovsky's submission to the Memories section. It will appear later this week, pending further interruptions.
In answer to my request from last week, a new theory (which does not implicate me) was posted by Nick Graves in The "In Theory" Archives. Remember, if you have a theory about Raychel's murder (especially if you suspect someone other than me), you may share it with Mr. Graves through The "In Theory" Form.
November 25, 2001
This week Laura Douglass written "At Day's End" to stick a fork in our friendship. After making repeated attempts to repair our relationship following several double-crosses by Laura, I wash my hands of her. There are many things that I can forgive, but this is beyond my scope of forgiveness. I will allow her to remain on the Painseeker web site, but I cannot and will not speak with her any longer. When you read her article, you will understand.
In addition, Nick Graves has updated the Evidence section to reflect new Case Questions and Suspicions on The Blackboard. Nick has also posted two entries in The "In Theory" Archives. If you have a theory about Raychel's murder (especially if you suspect someone other than me), you may share it with Mr. Graves through The "In Theory" Form.
November 14, 2001
This week in the Evidence section, Nick Graves files the second report of his investigation into my wife's murder. In "The Scene" he details the scene of the crime and some evidence which the police discovered. I found it all very upsetting. In addition to the report, I received a question about my book deal through the Questions and Answers Form in the Question section. The question -- and my response -- may be found in the Q&A Responses section. Finally, a reader has submitted her commentary on three of Raychel's poems in the Poetry section. Freewriting, Passion's Flashes, and Own have been updated to reflect these insights (as well as a personal response to one of the comments).
November 7, 2001
This week David Vanderhoff has submitted a new article to the Memories section. "Tracking Terror Trax" is his description of the acquisition of Terror Trax by his client, Cain International. In addition, I received a number of questions from a reader through the Questions and Answers Form in the Question section. My responses to these questions may be found in my portion of the Q&A Responses section.
October 28, 2001
This week the Q&A Responses section has received a great deal of use. Questions were sent to Ken Kincaid, Sharon Wolfe, David Vanderhoff, Geoffrey MacIntyre, Anna Fantiani, and Sergei Brosovsky. If you have any additional questions, please forward them through the Questions and Answers form in the Question section.
October 21, 2001
Nick Graves has submitted his first report to the Evidence section. While I was pleased that "First Suspect" shows him to be a true investigator, I am less than enthralled with his report's conclusion. Also this week, Painseeker reader PImonroe has submitted a preliminary crime scene report based on previously established details in the case.
September 30, 2001
Kyle McAllister finally finishes his dominance of my web site with "Storming Safehaven." He uses the article to put his own unique spin on the return of Raychel to The Bleeders. I had previously described this night in the far superior "Raychel Taurus Rising." I have also added Raychel's poem "Own" to the Poetry section as a rebuttal to Kyle's article "Hunter." As I stated last week in this same area, we do not have to accept Kyle's word as golden. Finally, the Q&A Responses section is updated to reflect the questions received this week. Remember, if you would like to ask a question, you may use the Questions and Answers Form in the Question section.
September 23, 2001
Kyle McAllister adds "Hunter" to the Memories section as a follow-up to "The Purge." The new article is his explanation of what happened after he kidnapped Raychel. Since Raychel is unable to contradict his story, you may think that we have to accept it. We do not, and I will submit my rebuttal next week. In addition to Kyle's article, a reader has sparked the sarcasm of Ken Kincaid (perhaps now she knows how I feel). Their exchange is found in Ken Kincaid's Q&A Responses in the Question section. As a reminder, if you wish to ask a question, please use the Questions and Answers Form in the Question section.
September 16, 2001
This week Kyle McAllister has added "The Purge" to the Memories section. The piece covers his perspective of his kidnapping of Raychel in March of 1999. The Q&A Responses section has been updated to reflect new questions for myself as well as Laura Douglass, David Vanderhoff, and Sergei Brosovsky. If you wish to ask a question, please use the Questions and Answers Form in the Question section.
September 10, 2001
I received a question today regarding my employment status before my recent book deal. The question, as well as those received by Anna Fantiani and Sharon Wolfe, may be found in the Q&A Responses portion of the Question section. Also, Sharon Wolfe has apparently started her own investigation. Unlike the one conducted by Nick Graves, it is neither sanctioned or welcome. Regardless, I am publishing "Always Watching . . ." (which contains her first findings) in the Memories section. On a related note, I would like Sharon Wolfe to know that I am filing a restraining order against her in the near future. Sharon, please look for it in the mail. Regards, Lance.
September 2, 2001
As anticipated, Laura Douglass has hired a private investigator to aid in the investigation of Raychel's murder. His name is Nick Graves. I have added a new Evidence section to accommodate his entry to this site. At his request, the section contains four sub-headings (Investigation Reports, The "In Theory" Form, The "In Theory" Archive, and The Blackboard). As part of our agreement with Mr. Graves, neither I nor any other friend of Raychel's will contribute material to his section. Mr. Graves is solely responsible for the material presented in there. He has constructed a web-friendly framework for his investigation, and he has inexplicably agreed to allow anyone to contact him by means of e-mail.
On a personal note to Kyle McAllister, I just wanted you to know that I found your "note to me" in the Poetry section, and removed it. I did, however, keep my poems (and your annotations) as I believe that my removing them would indicate that I felt a certain degree of guilt which I do not feel. Regards, Lance.
August 26, 2001
This week, Anna Fantiani submits "Privileged and Confidential" to the Memories section. The article details her "treatment" of Raychel and the circumstances surrounding her involvement in Raychel's life. I hope you find it as interesting a read as I did.
Next week, I hope that Laura and I will have an announcement regarding the hiring of a private investigator to look into Raychel's murder.
August 20, 2001
The site returns to its previous state.
August 17, 2001
On the one-year anniversary of her untimely passing,
those of us who remain, who loved her dearly,
have agreed to silence this site for a period of three days
in tribute to this person we loved
who was silenced forever.
August 12, 2001
After one year, Raychel's murder remains unsolved. Laura Douglass announces what she is going to do about it in "By New Eyes" in the Memories section. Also, we received a few questions through the Questions and Answers Form. The questions, and the responses, may be found in the Q&A Responses section of the Questions section. Also, be sure to return on August 17, when we will observe the one-year anniversary of Raychel Wagner's murder. I would like to thank Laura in advance for providing her input on how to properly observe Raychel's passing.
August 5, 2001
Sharon Wolfe's latest article "Death in the Balance" details her belief that Raychel was more deliberate in her selection and use of friends than other contributors (myself included) admit, either to others or themselves. Also, Kyle McAllister received a pair of questions through the Questions and Answers Form. The questions, and his responses, are found in Kyle's Q&A Responses in the Questions section.
July 29, 2001
Geoffrey MacIntyre has written "Day in Replay" to provide his own memories of Raychel's last day. He also responded to a question from the Questions and Answers Form about his "inflexible" recording style during his sessions with Raychel and Kyle.
July 22, 2001
Kyle McAllister continues to deny that he murdered Raychel Wagner in "A Day in Hell", his follow-up article to last week's article "The Straw Man." Kyle also received a tough question this week from Painseeker reader Sam Lawter in Douglasville, GA. The question, and Kyle's answer, are found in Kyle McAllister's Q&A Responses. Remember, if you have your own question for Kyle (or anyone else) you may use the Questions and Answers Form to submit them.
July 15, 2001
This week Kyle McAllister answered The 10 Questions and completed his first article for the Memories section. "The Straw Man" contains his perspective of Raychel and includes allegations against many of the people who have already submitted material to this site.
July 8, 2001
In my last article, "Acquiescence" I joked that the only way Sergei Brosovsky could penetrate Raychel's closed-loop recording sessions at Terror Trax would be if he was the janitor. My attempted sarcasm was apparently replaced with accidental truth, as Sergei Brosovsky actually was the janitor at Terror Trax. His first article, "No More Dreams No More" is available in the Memories section while his responses to The 10 Questions are in the Question section.
Note: Kyle McAllister will begin providing his own commentary next week. I am sure that many of you already have a number of questions for him. If you wish to send him a message before he begins submitting material, please do. I have added his name to the Questions and Answers Form for your convenience.
July 1, 2001
Some new questions were received through the Questions and Answers Form. As a result the Q&A Responses are updated for myself as well as Laura Douglass, Ken Kincaid, and David Vanderhoff. In addition, a new comment on Raychel's poem Skin can be found in the Poetry section.
June 24, 2001
Anna Fantiani answered The 10 Questions which I ask all people who knew Raychel answer prior to submitting articles. As a result, she has also submitted her article "From Power to Love" which also goes on to discuss the nature of her relationship with Raychel. In addition, a few more questions have arrived through the Questions and Answers Form. As a result the Q&A Responses are updated for myself as well as Ken Kincaid, Geoffrey MacIntyre, and Anna Fantiani.
June 17, 2001
The questions have been flying this week. The site has received 32 questions to the six people available for questions. The questions and answers are available in the Q&A Responses Index in the Question section. If you have any follow-up questions, please use the Questions and Answers Form to submit them.
I have also received several reader comments to Raychel's poetry. The comments can be found in the Poetry section. Any Commentary field with the 06-17-2001 date has received further comment. If you have any feedback of your own, please use the Poetry Commentary Form to submit it.
June 10, 2001
Geoffrey MacIntyre, the producer of Raychel's recording sessions, has answered The 10 Questions. His first article, "Sabotage", describes the problems he experienced in the recording studio between February and June of 2000. In addition, Laura Douglass answers an important question about Raychel's state of mind near the end of her life in Laura's Q&A Responses.
June 3, 2001
This week I have added commentary pages for each of Raychel's works in the Poetry section. I asked those who previously submitted material to the site to also contribute their own perspectives to any of the poems currently available on the site. Their opinions, as well as my own brief notes, have been compiled to create the initial commentary pages.
I also invite all visitors to add their own reactions to Raychel's poems by utilizing the Poetry Commentary Form. Responses submitted through the form will be added to the current commentary page for the appropriate poem.
In addition to the above enhancements, Ken Kincaid and I received and responded to new questions submitted through the Questions and Answers Form. The responses may be found in the Q&A Responses section.

This week I am finally able to let Raychel speak for herself. Having finalized and signed the legal agreement with Ken Kincaid and Cain International, I am now able to begin publishing Raychel's poetry. This week's material is comprised of poems Raychel read at her first performance at The Bleeders.

This week Raychel's brother, David Vanderhoff, has submitted his answers to The 10 Questions (which I consider highly recommended reading). David has also submitted his first article "Trust?" for the Memories section. In addition, Sharon Wolfe has received a number of questions. The questions, and her answers, are available in her portion of the Q&A Responses in the Question section. If you have any questions for anyone presently available, you may use the Questions and Answers form to submit them via e-mail.

This week Raychel's bodyguard, Sharon Wolfe, has answered The 10 Questions in the Question section. In addition, Sharon has completed her first article for the Memories section. "Nobody's Victim" deals with Sharon's belief that Laura, Ken, and I have failed to accurately portray Raychel on this web site.

I have written "Acquiescence" in response to Ken Kincaid's offer to allow me un-litigated access to Raychel's poems in exchange for complete and un-edited access to this web site for all of Raychel's acquaintances. For the complete history of Mr. Kincaid's offer, please see his article "Unfinished Business" (and to a lesser extent, Laura Douglass' "On A Grand Opening").

While it is even less of a memory than Ken Kincaid's "I've Got No Strings", I have added Laura Douglass' latest contribution, "On A Grand Opening" to the Memories section. Should this continue, I may add a new section to the site, dub it Diatribes and post their submissions there. In the future, I ask that all submissions please address their memories of Raychel at some point in the article.

Ken Kincaid, CEO of Terror Trax, has completed a second contribution to the Memories section, titled "Unfinished Business." Mr. Kincaid's article provides an overview of Raychel's brief music career. It also contains an offer to me which I am considering.
Mr. Kincaid has also received and responded to a few questions, which may be found in Ken Kincaid's Q&A Responses in the Question section.

The CEO of Terror Trax, Ken Kincaid, has requested the opportunity to contribute to the site. Mr. Kincaid, you may remember, is the person who signed Raychel to her recording contract. His first article, "I've Got No Strings", can be found in the Memories section. As requested, he has also provided answers to The 10 Questions, which I ask of all people who submit material to answer.
Laura and I each received questions this week through the Questions and Answers form. These new questions (and our responses) may be found in the Q&A Responses section.

This week I have added "Raychel Taurus Rising", the second article of a two-part series, to the Memories section. This completes a thumbnail sketch of my relationship with Raychel. If you have any further questions, please contact me through the Questions and Answers form in the Question section.
Speaking of questions, I have posted my responses to a number of questions received over the past week. I have also posted Laura's responses to several questions. Both are available in the Q&A Responses segment of the Question section.

While it may be a day for April Fools, I will not be playing any practical jokes on anyone. Which is more than I can say for the individual who posted an unauthorized addition to the Poetry section last week. While I have not yet determined how the material arrived on my site, I have tightened security to protect against future incidents. I apologize for any misunderstandings that this may have caused anyone reading it.
I developed two articles for the Memories section in response to Laura's concern in "The Bleeding Jewel" that I have overlooked the good times between Raychel and myself. This week's article "The Secret Smile and Everlasting Embrace" provides an overview of the relationship between us until our parting at the hands of Kyle McAllister. Next week's article, "Raychel Taurus Rising" will cover the terms of our relationship after Kyle's intervention.
