Scene Information:
Kyle McAllister called police to his apt. @ 12:30 AM on Aug 18, 2000.
One to One and a half hour after estimated time of death.
Extensive & violent struggle went on inside the apt. Apt was wrecked :ie; tables knocked over, blood smeared on the walls, a guitar smashed on the floor, bloody streaks across the floor.
Stab wounds estimated a count of 23 times.
No sign of forced entry to Apt doors nor windows.
An attempted to either hide or move the body was aborted for unknown reasons. The body was lying face up on the floor.
All neighbors heard the struggle but dismissed it, over numerous occurrences in the past. When questioned they each stated that Kyle (vic’s boyfriend) had a violent temper.
Extra Information:
The apt door was unlocked upon Mr. McAllister's return. His only alibi is himself, claiming to have been driving around since 8:15pm Aug 17, 2000 till 12:20 am Aug 18, 2000.
Again the call to police came at 12:20 am on Aug 18, 2000.
